Staff at Richmond Village in Nantwich are celebrating after it was awarded “Top 20 Recommended Care Home 2014”.
The carehome.co.uk Top 20 Care Home Awards 2014 highlight the most recommended care homes in each UK region.
They are based on over 20,000 recommendations from residents, family, and friends of residents during 2013 which are posted on the carehome.co.uk website.
And Richmond Village Nantwich came 11th out of 2,061 homes in the North West.
Richmond Village manager Hilary Minshull (pictured, below) said: “We are delighted to receive this accolade which is especially rewarding as it is as a direct result of our residents and their families recommending us.”
Richmond Villages marketing manager David Reaves added: “This is testament to the outstanding care that Richmond Nantwich provides and shows how highly the care home is thought of.
“This is not the first award the home has won but to know it is given as a direct result of the recommendation of our residents makes it extra special.”
Director of carehome.co.uk Davina Ludlow said: “Richmond Nantwich has proved that it provides a great service and we’d like to congratulate them on being a top recommended home in the North West!
“It’s a brilliant achievement to be recognised, but particularly from the people who you work hard for. The care home will be recognised on our website as a top rated home and will receive a certificate from us.”
