CEC has vowed to “take immediate action” on businesses which are not managing risk and protecting workers, customers and visitors.

NHS England data shows that, on March 2, 25 patients were being treated in East Cheshire Trust beds, 44 in The Countess of Chester Trust, and 66 in Mid Cheshire Trust facilities.
