Nantwich Museum’s second fund-raising Quiz Night will take place on Sunday November 26 at Crewe Vagrants Sports Club in Willaston.
The event follows the success of a previous event earlier in the year.
The traditional Remembrance Sunday parade and service will take place in Nantwich town centre this weekend.
There will be a parade of dignitaries and representatives from Royal British Legion starting at Nantwich Civic Hall at 2.30pm on Sunday, November 12.
Nantwich Concert Band is to stage its popular annual Christmas concert on Saturday December 9.
The performance will take place at Nantwich Methodist Church on Hospital Street from 7.30pm.
Nantwich Film Club is showing the critically acclaimed film called Lion on Monday November 13.

Stars of Shavington Academy Theatre are back on stage this weekend as Must See Musicals present JM Barrie’s classic tale Peter Pan.
Performances are taking place at the academy theatre on Rope Lane in Shavington on Saturday and Sunday October 21 and 22, 2.15pm and 7.15pm.
The Nantwich Singers are teaming up with local children’s choir SING!@StMary’s and young singers from Brine Leas School for a one-off performance.

An evening of song and dance – with a bit of razzle dazzle – was enjoyed by everyone when local theatre group Musical Mayhem performed a charity cabaret at Crewe Lyceum.
The group was raising money for the Cystic Fibrosis Unit at Wythenshaw Hospital, St Luke’s Hospice and Team Lewis.
National beaver expert Derek Gow will be in Cheshire to give a talk on the how the animal’s re-introduction could impact the countryside.
Cheshire Wildlife Trust is hosting the one-off talk at its headquarters at Bickley Hall Farm, between Malpas and Nantwich.
