Nantwich Choral Society is singing for joy after scooping an £8,000 Arts Council grant. It will help the group, which includes more than 100 members from across Cheshire, stage its most ambitious production to date – J S Bach’s St Matthew Passion.

The Nantwich Camera Club‘s Photographic Exhibition 2013 has launched at the town’s museum – and is proving a big hit. The display features 100 prints and projected image work by club members at the Pillory Street venue’s Millennium Gallery.
These stunning images were worthy winners in Nantwich Camera Club‘s latest competition. Andrew Charlesworth scooped top prize in the Print class, while Mark Payne won in the Projected Image category.
