The event challenges runners to scale one of the steepest hills in the county.
Nantwich runners of all ages and abilities are being invited to take on the challenge of Mow Cop Killer Mile as the famous event returns for 2023.
The mile-long road race, which features 550 feet of continuous climbing and a 25% gradient in places, takes place on Thursday, May 11.

The ride, which started and finished at Queens Park in Crewe, offered participants three different routes.

More than 2,000 riders took part in the ‘Cheshire Cat Sportive’ cycling event in memory of former Nantwich student Paul Mooney.
Participants were able to park and register at the nearby South Cheshire College, then move to the start/finish line.
A South Cheshire cyclist has died after he ploughed into a tree near Mow Cop, police said.
The 36-year-old victim, from Crewe, was pronounced dead at the scene after the collision on Mow Lane.
Hardy runners from Crewe and Nantwich tackled one the highlights of the year at the “killer mile” event in Mow Cop. More than 500 runners braved the wind, rain and notorious Mow Cop hill, including several members of South Cheshire Harriers.
