Nantwich nightclub The Studio has been given permission to extend its opening hours on Fridays and Saturdays to 4.30am despite objections from some nearby residents.
The Studio, on Castle Street, currently has permission to open until 3.30am Monday to Saturday and until 2.30am on Sundays.
Nantwich retailer Webb House Furnishers are to open their second store in the town on December 9.
Boss Neil Webb is planning a grand re-opening of the building on the corner of Pepper Street.
New library opening hours in Nantwich and across Cheshire East will come into effect from December 1.
