This week the Government released its Get Britain Working Again white paper, including measures such as stopping the benefits of young people who don’t take up work or training opportunities, alongside support to address barriers such as mental health issues.
When the pandemic took over the UK in March of 2022, many businesses were told to close their office doors and start working remotely.
This system of remote work was kept in place for a good few months, until businesses got permission to open their office doors once again.
The Covid-19 pandemic may have changed the way we work forever.
Almost half the UK’s workforce worked from home in April 2020, and many discovered that doing so can improve work/life balance.
