Talented South Cheshire artist Christian Turner has produced a Nantwich 2019 calendar.

It is his first calendar of Nantwich and features his oil paintings of scenes within the town.

Alison Leigh and her children Milly, 11, Phoebe, 8 and George, 7,  wanted to raise funds and awareness for CRY– Cardiac Risk in the Young, in memory of brother and uncle Jonny.

Crewe Vagrants Hockey Club presented a cheque for £1,041.46 to Liz and Mike Boffey from the charity Bloodwise at The Vagrants Ground.

The money was raised by the club via a ‘Hockeython’ 12-hour hockey game at The Vagrants Ground in Willaston earlier this year.
