George Raiswell, Tony Mason and Ryan Harper-Griffiths walked a 20-mile section between Whitchurch and Tarporley in 11 hours.

Housing developer Wainhomes has lost an appeal to build 104 homes on green land off Audlem Road in Nantwich.

The developer, who already have permission for around 40 houses on a field behind Brine Leas School, had the initial larger proposal rejected by Cheshire East Council in November last year.
