Nantwich Town staged a Festival of Football to help celebrate the 150th anniversary of the Red Cross.
The event was supported by Nantwich Civic Hall and attended by Mayor of Nantwich, Councillor Arthur Moran.

A Victorian Christmas Festival took place at St Mary’s Church in Acton near Nantwich.
The opening day featured Carols from Acton Primary School which included a guest appearance from Father Christmas.
The Broomhall and Sound Chapel Flower Festival will take place on October 4 to 7.
The event themed “Harvest Past and Present” will be on Friday October 4 from 12pm-5pm, and Saturday October 5 10.30am-5pm.
The Valley Park Festival fun day is scheduled to take place this weekend, August 24.
The community day will be staged between midday and 4pm at the park off Alton Street in Crewe.
Hundreds of people are set to take part in the Nantwich Pride event this weekend.
It is being staged at the Railway Hotel in Nantwich on Saturday (July 13), and is the latest of a number of Pride events supported by Cheshire East Council around the borough.
Nantwich outdoor pool played host to a regional Junior Water Polo festival.
10 mixed teams of boys and girls aged 14 and under gathered from across the North West region and further afield for the event.
A rugby festival organised by Crewe & Nantwich RUFC raised an incredible £6,500 for MIND.
More than 400 people attended the Vagrants-based club event including England International Stars and Crewe & Nantwich RUFC alumni Ben and Tom Curry.
Nantwich Jazz, Blues and Music Festival organisers have unveiled the full line up and programme for this year’s event.
The festival, April 18-22, will feature Martin Turner, ex-Wishbone Ash bass player on the opening Thursday night.
The 2nd annual ‘Cancer On The Rocks’ rock and blues music festival at The Railway Hotel in Nantwich has been postponed.
The event was due to staged on the weekend of Saturday and Sunday February 23-24.

The 2nd annual “Cancer On The Rock” rock and blues music festival takes place at The Railway Hotel in Nantwich next month.
All profits from the weekend of live music featuring a range of acts will go to Macmillan Cancer Support.

Beer fans tucked in to the 6th ‘Crewe Rail Ale Festival’ at Crewe Heritage Centre.
There was a choice of more than 60 beers and ciders/perries in different styles and strengths, plus free soft drinks for children and designated drivers.
