Nantwich music artists help to produce Christmas charity album

Musicians from South Cheshire have come together to produce a charity Christmas album for a local homeless charity.

The artists – known collectively as ‘The Electric Sprout Foundation’ – have each performed an original family-friendly festive track for a 12-track album, titled ‘Snow Business’.

Cheshire East’s plans to delay building a new Nantwich school for a year because of spiralling costs could actually end up costing the council more, councillors said.

Planning permission was granted in June for the new 210-pupil Kingsbourne Academy on the Kingsley Fields development.
