Santa has helped raise hundreds of pounds on his Nantwich float – thanks to big-hearted members of The Rotary Club of Nantwich.

Nantwich Museum’s popular Christmas Fayres featuring handmade goods made by the museum’s craft group will take place on the next two Saturdays, November 21 and 28.
Items for sale in aid of museum funds include a selection of Christmas decorations, bags and cushions.

A Wistaston Singers fund-raising concert at the Parish Church of St Andrew in Crewe has helped raise £185 for the Church restoration fund.
Phil Houghton, the group’s musical director, led the concert and also introduced each song and soloist.
