Organisers say without the local sponsors the three-day event could not be held.

Shavington gears up for Coronation Concert

Shavington Village Festival Committee have organised a ‘Coronation Concert’ on Sunday May 7 from 4pm-7pm at St Mark’s Church on Main Road.
The concert will celebrate the Best of British history and culture through music and will include songs to commemorate the Coronation of King Charles III.
Aqueduct Boating Event near Nantwich set for July
The Aqueduct Marina Boating Event, last held in 2019, will return in July this year.
The event is being held at the marina at Church Minshull near Nantwich between 10am – 4pm for day visitors and from 6pm until later for those who want to enjoy the evening’s entertainment.

Nantwich Museum bosses say they have been “overwhelmed” by support after a thief stole all the money from a vital fundraiser event.
Cash collected at a Friday coffee morning at the Pillory Street venue was stolen on March 31.
