Nantwich Town have launched a range of new initiatives and activities under its “Dabbers in the Community” project.
The plans include creating additional income to invest in the club’s facilities, as well as expand the commitment to provide support for the community.
Everybody has unveiled a new cutting-edge 3G pitch at Shavington Leisure Centre.
The charity has just completed the last phase of investment, which involved installing the new pitch and enhancing the football goals.

Cheshire East Council is hoping to make a formal application for funding for a 3G pitch at a Crewe playing field next year – once it has secured a development partner.
The council says there is a shortfall of two 3G pitches within the Crewe area.
Nantwich Town are to host a festival of football for young players on the first team’s new 3G pitch at the Swansway Stadium.
The event starts on Saturday 23rd September and will run every Saturday from 9am to midday.

An Open Letter regarding the future of Crewe FC to Lorraine O’Donnell, Sam Corcoran & Cheshire East Council:
As you know, Crewe FC have been trying for many years (since 2016) to get a new venue that can be the home for our club and help meet the incredible demand there is locally for boys and girls to play football.
George and Dragon hammered 13 passed Brighton Belle in the only Crewe Regional Sunday League game to survive the big freeze.
The match was able to go ahead after teams agreed to move it on to a 3G pitch with all other games off due to frozen grass surfaces.
Saturday morning community sessions are returning to Nantwich Town FC.
The club, on Waterlode, will open up its 3G pitch at the Weaver Stadium later this week for the sessions.
The snow and freezing overnight temperatures has claimed its first casualty with Nantwich Town cancelling its community coaching sessions. The club took the decision to cancel this morning’s (December 17) sessions on safety grounds.
