Beswicks Legal, together with Hinson Parry and Company Chartered Surveyors in Stone, won the first Lands Tribunal case against HS2 and the Secretary of State for Transport.

South Cheshire business bosses have welcomed today’s Government announcement that Crewe will have an HS2 rail link and hub station open in the next 12 years.

The decision could create quarter of a trillion pound growth in the area’s economy, according to Cheshire East Council Leader Cllr Michael Jones.
