A charity concert at St Mary’s Church in Acton has helped raise vital funds for the ‘Mary’s Meals’ charity.
The concert featured Mary’s Meals musicians – Caroline Morris, Jane Alcock, John Rowell, Tracey-Anne Green, Elfin Bow – who performed a mix of classical baroque music and folk songs.

Nantwich independent music shop Applestump Records is throwing its support behind musicians performing in the town.
And these include big names such as former Happy Mondays frontman Shaun Ryder in May next year.
Two musicians tackling an epic Lands End to John O’Groats charity cycle challenge will be stopping off in Nantwich during the trip.
Mark Evans and Ian McGuire will be performing at Loco on Welsh Row on October 13.
A “Community Stage” launched in Nantwich is proving a big hit for aspiring musicians, poets, artists, singers, comedians and performers.
The “stage” takes place every Sunday 6-9pm at the Granary Arts cafe off Welsh Row.
