Nantwich Town captain Troy Bourne will be leaving the Dabbers this summer after a decade of service to his boyhood team, the club has announced.
Bourne joined the Dabbers academy at 16 after being released by Stoke City and apart from a short loan at Alsager Town in 2016/17, it’s where he’s been ever since.

Nantwich Town Women’s impressive run in the CWYFL Challenge Cup came to an end with a narrow 3-2 defeat by Altrincham FC Women.
The game was played in front of a lively home crowd but saw Altrincham take the lead on the half-hour mark.
Betley will play George and Dragon in the final of the 2024-25 President’s Cup after both clubs came out on top in their semi-final ties yesterday (April 13).
Betley beat Nantwich Pirates 3-1 with goals from Johnny Hancock, Tom Royle and a Kieran Duckers penalty.
