Crewe & Nantwich RUFC moved into second place in South Lancashire/Cheshire Division Two after beating leaders Douglas 39-23 at the Vagrants. It was a fine win for the 1st team bouncing back from their 22-8 defeat at Sefton. They are now just two points behind new front-runners Oswestry.
