Nantwich Town recorded their biggest ever win in the Cheshire Senior Cup with a 10-1 win over Runcorn Town at the Swansway Stadium.
The visitors from two divisions lower had injury issues which meant a relatively inexperienced side was put out.

A Remembrance ceremony by the Nantwich & District Branch of the Royal British Legion, took place before last night’s Nantwich Town vs Bootle match.
The ceremony commemorated the contribution of British and Commonwealth military and civilian servicemen and women in the two World Wars and later conflicts.

Former Crewe Alex player Oliver Finney has been charged with raping a woman in Cheshire, police have confirmed.
Finney, who also played on loan at Nantwich Town, is currently playing for National League side Hartlepool United.

The club said “all its thoughts” were with family and friends of Bob who has passed away.

Nantwich Town returned to winning ways in the league with a 3-1 victory over Cheshire rivals Runcorn Linnets.
An astonishing five-minute spell saw Dabbers go down 1-0 before turning it around to lead and eventually win.
Nantwich Town says it is increasing security at tonight’s match with Cheshire rivals Runcorn Linnets.
It follows an incident involving a pyrotechnic which was thrown during Runcorn’s game away at Hednesford Town on Saturday.
