King King to play The Box in Crewe
Popular rock blues band King King are set to perform at The Box venue in Crewe.
Labelled as the “hottest draw” in British blues-rock, the band will be in town on Saturday March 12.

Crewe to Nantwich bus service boosted by council funds
A bus service which operates between Nantwich and Crewe will now run six days a week throughout the year, after Cheshire East Council provided more funding.
The 44 service, which links the two towns, had been reduced to a “term time” only Monday to Friday timetable by operator GHA Coaches.

Nantwich Town director of football Clive Jackson has received an award for 33-years service to the club from the Northern Premier league.
Clive, known as ‘Mr Nantwich Town FC’, was presented with the award by Alan Allcock, Evo-Stik Northern Premier League Operations manager.
