Nantwich Show returns and celebrates 125th anniversary

The Nantwich Show celebrates its 125th anniversary when it returns on Wednesday July 27 at its new Reaseheath College.

This year it takes place behind Reaseheath Old Hall off Wettenhall Road and the theme is “Best of British”, celebrating 125 years of agriculture and land-based industries and communities.

Cheshire East has secured more funds towards the Gypsy and Traveller site at Middlewich and hopes to begin the tendering process for construction soon.

Planning permission was granted last August for the site to be developed on land off Cledford Lane.

Funding approved for new Nantwich skate park at Barony

Nantwich looks set to get a new skate park facility on the Barony after the project received a £100,000 grant from FCC Communities Foundation.
