A young cancer patient from Nantwich took part in a four-day adventure with the Ellen MacArthur Cancer Trust

Ed, 19, joined the trust to take part in sailing, canoeing, high ropes, cycling, archery and orienteering at the Essex Outdoors Centre in Bradwell.
