A four-year-old suffered serious head injuries in an accident with a van on the busy Queen’s Drive in Nantwich, police have confirmed.
Officers are appealing for witnesses and video footage following the collision at around 4.28pm yesterday (Monday 10 October).
Police and air ambulance are at the scene of a road accident in Nantwich believed to involve a young child.
The incident has happened along Queen’s Drive close to the junction with Dorfold Drive and Riverside.
A Wistaston man has been charged in relation to a road rage incident with a taxi driver, police have confirmed.
The incident involved a Citroën car and a taxi driver on Middlewich Road in Crewe on Friday (October 6).

A damning audit report on Cheshire East Council’s arrangements for managing S106 agreements has revealed millions of pounds hasn’t been allocated to agreed schemes.
A summary of the report to the audit and governance committee stated eight contributions received between 2018/19 and 2021/22 totalling £5.8 million were identified as unallocated.
