Dear Zoo author Rod Campbell is bringing his hit-festive story Dear Santa to Crewe Lyceum this weekend.
The show, aimed at youngsters aged under 7, is full of Christmas songs and audience participation.

The festive season began in Crewe with the town’s Lumen Christmas Lights switch-on and a winter fairy story projected onto Municipal Building.
The event featured a lantern parade led by Spark! – a street show with drumming and dancing to a kaleidoscopic lighting design – from Lyceum Square to Memorial Square.
A live music ‘Step into Christmas’ concert will take place on Saturday December 1 at St Mary’s Church in Nantwich.
The concert will feature Crewe Brass, European mezzo soprano Emma Brown, and Acton CE Primary Academy Choir, accompanied by Lydia Price on piano.
Nantwich Civic Hall will be home to the new festive show for pre-school children, Santa’s Sparkly Surprise.
The show has been written and produced by the team behind the popular Santa’s Dizzy Day, Santa’s Rusty Robot, Santa’s Polka Dot Pirate and Santa’s Mixed-up Martian.
Nantwich Museum’s Christmas Craft Fair featuring goods made by the museum’s Craft Group will take place 10.30am to 3pm on Saturday November 24.
Items for sale in aid of museum funds include handmade Christmas gifts and decorations.
