Crewe Hall will host a special charity concert by Alsager Community Choir on February 29 in aid of Nantwich-based charity, The Wingate Centre.

The annual Crewe Brass ‘Merry Christmas Nantwich’ concert took place in the festive surroundings of St Mary’s Church in Nantwich.
The concert featured Crewe Brass, Elworth Hall School Choir and four vocalists.
A Nantwich school choir has been picked to sing at “Stars in Their Eyes” presenter Matthew Kelly’s Spirit of Christmas celebration at Chester Cathedral.
Stapeley Broad Lane School Choir came top of a contest to win the chance to sing at the event for an audience of 1,000 people, including TV, Film and Stage stars at the annual fundraiser in Chester.

A packed audience enjoyed the live music concert ‘Step into Christmas’ at St Mary’s Church in Nantwich.
The concert featured Crewe Brass, drummers from Cheshire Drums & Bugles, European mezzo soprano Emma Brown, and Acton CE Primary Academy Choir conducted by headteacher Rachael McKinley.
Christmas has come early to friends in a Nantwich school choir and band after receiving a £1,000 donation towards their trip to Venice.
The money, donated by The County Group, means Brine Leas School Choir and its Concert Band, can look forward to a trip of a lifetime next summer.

The Wistaston Singers were in fine voice when they performed at a Christmas Carol concert at St Stephen’s Methodist Church in Crewe.
Phil Houghton was musical director and organist and also introduced each carol and soloist. Jane Hale was the accompanist.
Cheshire-based Decibellas Women’s Choir is to stage a one-off concert at St Boniface Church in Bunbury, near Nantwich.
The theme of the concert is the concept of ‘light’.
Tarporley-based choir Decibellas brought the Amalfi sunshine to Cheshire when they launched their Italian Tour Programme to a packed venue.
St Boniface Church in Bunbury, dressed with lemon yellow flowers and adorned in green, white and red bunting, hosted the concert.
