The winners of the Nantwich Rotary Art & Handwriting competition have picked up their prizes from local MP Laura Smith.
The young winners gathered at Nantwich Museum for the 11th Rotary Club of Nantwich Primary Schools Art and Handwriting Competition.
A book by local authors called “Lost Houses in Nantwich” is making a return – 14 years after it was first published.
Authors Andrew Lamberton and the late Robin Gray originally published the book in 2005 and it has become a local classic “must have” for all those interested in local history.

The first edition sold out within a few weeks of the launch and a second edition has been produced to cater for the Christmas market.
Nantwich Museum is celebrating Christmas with a Sing-a-long Concert of Christmas music led by the Wistaston Singers.
The concert at the Pillory Street venue is free and drop-in between 11am – 12pm on Saturday December 22.
Nantwich Museum’s Christmas Craft Fair featuring goods made by the museum’s Craft Group will take place 10.30am to 3pm on Saturday November 24.
Items for sale in aid of museum funds include handmade Christmas gifts and decorations.
