Plans for up to 29 holiday lodges at a marina site near Nantwich have been recommended for approval.
Church Minshull Aqueduct Marina Limited wants to change the use of agricultural land so the lodges and a manager’s cabin can be provided on the site, which is on the Middlewich branch of the Shropshire Union Canal.
Aqueduct Marina near Nantwich has unveiled new “glamping” and camping pitches on its 100-acre site.
Breaks can now be booked in the countryside surroundings of the marina alongside the Shropshire Union Canal.

The owners of the Olde Barbridge Inn near Nantwich are to close the pub at the end of September, they have announced.
