Premier League star Asmir Begovic’s goalkeeping academy is back in Nantwich to help support young, up-and-coming keepers.
The Nantwich Academy, based at Reaseheath College, opened just last month and looks to assist young keepers in a new environment.

Premier League star Asmir Begovic is celebrating the first anniversary of his AB1 Goalkeeping Academy based in Nantwich.
The Everton goalkeeper, 35, spoke about his academy at Nantwich Town FC and how well it has been going since starting last February.
Premier League star Asmir Begovic has is running his popular goalkeeping academy based at Nantwich Town FC this summer.
The Everton keeper, aged 35, teamed up with the club earlier this year as the former Chelsea star wanted to fulfil a “passion” to inspire youngsters.
The Nantwich Town FC and Asmir Begovic Goalkeeping Academy was officially launched at the Dabbers stadium last night (February 21).
The academy is already full and a reserve list underway for future sessions.
Nantwich Town have agreed a new partnership with the Asmir Begovic Goalkeeper Academy, specifically for goalkeepers aged between 8 and 16 years of age.
It is led by Premier League and Everton star Asmir Begovic and will enable young goalkeepers across South Cheshire, to receive expert and dedicated goalkeeper coaching overseen by Liam Stoneley.
