A councillor had raised concerns about a busy road junction in Crewe after another accident there.
Cllr James Pratt says there have been several bad collisions at the junction of Frank Webb Avenue and Badger Avenue.

Crewe Central residents will go the polls in February to elect a new councillor to represent them on Cheshire East Council.
The seat is up for grabs after Labour’s Anthony Critchley quit the council last month.

Cheshire East Council has been paying for 3,000 mobile phones for its staff but 500 of those have not been used for several months, a councillor said.
Cllr James Pearson, of Wrenbury Ward, also said the council had now put a phone “amnesty box” inside a staff entrance at Westfields.

A Willaston councillor has called on Cheshire East Council to make the public more aware that the £2 bus fare cap has been extended.
The £2 fare cap was originally intended to run until the end of October.

A councillor has questioned the “appropriateness” of a report into Cheshire East’s culture being carried out by the person who was the council’s auditor at the time of the issues being investigated.
Grant Thornton wants to bill the council a whopping £319,370 for the public interest report it did on the impact of the council’s culture and governance arrangements during 2014 – 2018.
Councillor and Labour Chief Whip Connor Naismith is to apply for the Labour candidacy in Crewe and Nantwich at the next general election.
Cllr Naismith currently represents Crewe West ward on Cheshire East Council.
A popular councillor in Willaston who has served for almost 20 years, has died suddenly.
Colin Todd, vice chairman of Willaston Parish Council, passed away on Sunday (January 8).
