The Marbury Merry Days traditional country fair will this year include a ‘Gun Dog Scurry’ on both days and a ‘Fun Dog Show’ on Sunday.

The 41st Marbury Merry Days two-day traditional country fair returns on May 14-15 after a three-year gap due to the pandemic.
Gates open at 12.30pm and the fair takes places in the field next to St Michael’s All Angels Parish Church and Marbury Big Mere.

More than £2,500 was raised at the 65th Cancer Research UK ‘Xmas Fair’ at Wistaston Memorial Hall.
The event is organised annually by the Crewe & Nantwich Cancer Research UK Group.
Almost 1,400 people packed out the first ever Nantwich Vegan Fair yesterday (January 18).
The event, at the Civic Hall, had more than 60 stalls and included talks and workshops.
