Dilapidated traditional brick buildings at a former farm in Aston near Nantwich are to be converted for housing.
Planning permission was previously granted for the re-use of the buildings at The Royals on Whitchurch Road for residential use, but that permission has lapsed.
The Wingate Centre in Wrenbury is re-opening its Gymnastics Club.
The centre has been associated with gymnastics for 35 years, and was where Olympic medallist Bryony Paige trained as a youngster.
