Two local music festivals are set to be held in the Hankelow and Audlem area later this month.
First up is an inaugural music festival for White Lion pub in Hankelow.

Coole Lane between Nantwich and Audlem which was axed from Cheshire East’s winter gritting programme have been re-instated following a number of accidents.
The route will be gritted again following six incidents, and is one of two to be reinstated including Brook Street in Macclesfield.

A police investigation has been launched into alleged “serious unauthorised transactions” involving Audlem Parish Council.
In a statement released by the council, it said both the police and bank are involved in a probe into the financial affairs of the authority.

Cheshire East Council’s new on-demand bus service is growing in popularity with rising passenger numbers, the authority says.
The “Go-Too” bus service has notched up more than 3,500 passenger journeys since its launch in October.
