Malbank School staff in Nantwich were forced to close the school today after a major water pipe burst nearby cut off supplies.
The burst pipe happened in nearby Welsh Row and meant no water supply at all on the school site.

Just one school in Cheshire East had to close during autumn term because of Covid-19 – and only for the last day.
Mark Bayley, acting director of education, said the autumn term was probably the hardest and most challenging for schools during the whole pandemic.
The A500 was closed after a car crashed and caught fire close to the Cheerbrook roundabout in Willaston, Nantwich.
The incident happened shortly before midday when a vehicle came off the roundabout heading towards the M6.
