RSPCA appeal after two cats found dumped in layby near Nantwich

Two cats have been found dumped in a remote layby on a closed road near Nantwich, RSPCS officials said.

Animal rescuer inspector Jenny Bethel said it was lucky she found the hungry cats, who are such good friends they have been named Ross and Chandler.
