Nantwich-based disability firm Direct Access has renewed its backing of vision-impaired football team, Nantwich Town Disability Football (NTDF).
Direct Access first became sponsors in 2019 when the club went by the name Nantwich Town Wolves VIFC.

A second annual charity football match took place at the home of Crewe Alexandra has helped raise more than £3,000 for Macmillan Cancer Support.
The first match, last May 2021, was organised by club announcer and lifelong fan Andrew Scoffin, to raise funds for The Christie.
George & Dragon won 4-2 at The Lions in The Crewe Regional Sunday League.
Joe Duckworth scored a brace with other goals from Jay Ellis and Jack Hart.
Nantwich Town ended their Northern Premier League campaign with a fine away point at play-off chasing Bamber Bridge.
And the 1-1 scoreline ultimately ended the hosts’ chances of clinching a play-off spot, as the Dabbers finished the season in 13th place.

Nantwich Town Ladies FC have finished their inaugural season in the Cheshire Women’s & Youth Football League Premier in 7th position.
The team also made their debut in the Vitality Women’s FA Cup, and now wait for all the league fixtures to be completed to find out which division they will play in next season.
Nantwich showjumper Grace Wallace was runner up in the NAF Five Star Silver League Qualifier at Dean Valley EC.
Wallace was pipped at the post by fellow Cheshire rider Rebecca Hart, from Macclesfield (pictured).

Nantwich Town earned a fine 2-1 win at home to rivals Stafford Rangers in a Bank Holiday clash in front of more than 1,000 supporters.

Twenty-eight members of Nantwich Running Club competed in the Manchester Marathon, with James Tilley achieving a top 25 finish.
Tilley finished with a time of 02:28:23 in what is the second-largest marathon event in the UK and the fourth largest in Europe.
