Fire has ripped through a large bakery business in Aston near Nantwich overnight.

Ten crews from across Cheshire were called to the major incident at around 12.30am this morning on Whitchurch Road, Newhall.

An Audlem organisation has been awarded funding by Cheshire Police and Crime Commissioner as it is helping vulnerable people during the Coronavirus pandemic.

Audlem and District Community Action (ADCA) has received a £1,000 grant from PCC David Keane’s Safer Communities Express Grant Fund to offer a befriending and food delivery service to people.
