“Subversive Plasticity” is an inspired plastic waste art show in one of Cheshire’s most beautiful medieval buildings.
Enjoy an English country garden with cocktails, canapés and coaches on a summer afternoon in support St Mary’s Church, Acton and Nantwich Museum.
The event takes place at Glebe House, on Monks Lane in Acton on Saturday June 29 by permission of Mr and Mrs G Emerton.

The Royal School of Church Music’s “Come and Sing Faure’s Requiem” annual event takes place in Nantwich this weekend.
It will be held on Saturday March 23 with a rehearsal at 2.45pm and performance at 6.30pm at St Mary’s Church.

The annual Crib Service at St Mary’s Church Nantwich proved a hit with Christmas families in the town.
This re-telling of the Christmas story was performed by a mixture of adults, young people and children at 2pm, 3.30pm and 5pm on Christmas Eve.

Visitors to Acton were wowed by a three-day “Christmas Festival” at the village’s St Mary’s Church.

A packed audience enjoyed the live music concert ‘Step into Christmas’ at St Mary’s Church in Nantwich.
The concert featured Crewe Brass, drummers from Cheshire Drums & Bugles, European mezzo soprano Emma Brown, and Acton CE Primary Academy Choir conducted by headteacher Rachael McKinley.
