International best-selling author Kate Mosse will return to Nantwich next month for the launch of her new novel “The Map of Bones”.
The event, organised by Nantwich Bookshop, will take place at Malbank School on Tuesday November 5. Doors open at 6pm for a 6.30pm start.
The South Cheshire National Trust Association will launch its new season with a meeting in Nantwich.
They will get together on Wednesday September 25 at 7.30pm at Nantwich Town’s stadium on Waterlode.

Mosse is an award-winning novelist, playwright, essayist and non-fiction writer.
Leading cancer expert Dr Caroline Wilkinson will give a talk on her work at Reaseheath College in Nantwich on May 19.
Dr Wilkinson is Chief Operating Officer for Cancer Research UK Manchester Institute.

Local TV director David Parker is giving an illustrated talk entitled ‘Laurie Lee – The Lost Recordings’ at the Nantwich Bookshop & Coffee Lounge.
The talk will take place on Thursday November 21 and will include reflections on love, landscape, writing, poetry, childhood, music and more from the voice of Laurie Lee – one of the great English writers of the last century.
A talk called “A Bit of a Journey” by award-winning landscape photographer and author Mark Gilligan will be hosted by Nantwich Camera Club.
The talk takes place at a special event at 7.30pm on Tuesday March 26 at the club’s meeting room on Regents Park, London Road, Nantwich.
