Everybody Health and Leisure and Motherwell Cheshire are to launch Menopause Cafes at local leisure facilities in Nantwich, Crewe, Holmes Chapel and Macclesfield.

They aim to provide visitors a chance to discuss menopausal symptoms, tips and worries in a confidential environment.
