And the organisers have lined up a top line-up before the event takes a break until September.
The Very Best In Stand Up’ returns to Nantwich Civic Hall on Friday March 3 with four more top acts from the UK comedy circuit.
The compere for the evening is Pete Otway, a multi-award nominated comedian, presenter and former dairy farmer.
The New Year’s Comedy Special returns to Nantwich Civic Hall on New Year’s Eve with a star-studded bill of comedy followed by a disco.
Hosting the event is Dave Williams, who has been a full-time comedian since 1998, and is booked both as stand-up and compere by a range of venues/promoters.

First up is Glenn Wool who began his comedy career in his hometown of Vancouver in 1995.
Nantwich Players are to present multi-award-winning playwright Alan Bennett’s Habeas Corpus in their next production this month.
This farcical comedy is a guaranteed good night out, and the Players will be staging shows across eight days between October 21-29.

Nantwich Players latest production is Kiss Me Stupid is a delightful comedy about relationships, marriage and love.
The show, written by Didier Caron, has been translated and directed by Charlie Gobbett.
Nantwich Players are to host the world premiere of the English translation of Didier Caron’s classic French play, “Kiss Me Stupid”.
Translated and directed by Charlie Gobbett, the comedy makes the perfect ending to another successful season at the Nantwich Players Theatre.
