Thousands of people enjoyed a range of live shows during another successful Nantwich “Words and Music Festival”.
The 16th annual festival took place across different venues, ending on Sunday night with headliners Ocean Colour Scene at Nantwich Civic Hall.
The popular Tree Of Light is to return to Nantwich town square in the run up to Christmas.
The tree enables residents to remember loved ones by hanging lit baubles on the branches for a small donation to charity.
The highly-acclaimed “The Very Best In Stand Up” returns to Nantwich Civic Hall on Friday October 6 with another stacked bill of top comedy.
Host for the night is Yorkshireman and stand up comedian Rob Mulholland, known for his intricately woven, gag-packed stories.
October sees the return of Nantwich’s popular Words and Music Festival, with massive names like Ocean Colour Scene, Rumer and PP Arnold performing live.
The event, which runs from October 9-15 inclusive, has been bringing household names from music and poetry to the town since 2008
