Snowfall throughout Monday night and Tuesday morning has blanketed the area in a crisp layer of white.

Hundreds of people packed in to Nantwich town square for the annual “Societies Spectacular” event on Saturday.
The event aims to give local voluntary groups and societies a chance to open stalls and promote what they do to a large audience.
Hundreds of people attended the annual Nantwich Pride event in the town centre on Saturday (July 20).
The colourful event aimed to be a “vibrant celebration of love, acceptance, and inclusivity”.
Talented young entrepreneurs aged from 12 to 30 helped make the first Nantwich Young Traders event a big success.
The traders took part in the town square on Saturday, giving the judges a tough task to select the winners.
A “Young Traders” market will be staged in Nantwich Town Square where organisers hope to unearth the next Alan Sugar!
It’s the first market of its kind to be held in the town tomorrow (June 22) and is organised by Claire Lloyd, of JDL Mini Markets.
A beacon was lit in Nantwich at the end of a day of commemoration as thousands in the town marked the 80th anniversary of the D-Day landings.
The lighting of the beacon was preceded by several events throughout the day on Nantwich town square.

A tree in Nantwich town square was chopped down and removed because it was diseased.
Many residents vented their anger at the loss of the tree, taking to social media.
Nantwich town centre will host a family artisan market on the town square tomorrow (Saturday May 4) between 9am-3pm.
It is being run by Nantwich resident Claire Lloyd, who set up JDL Mini Markets three years ago.
