The Nantwich Singers will be giving a concert ‘Folksongs and Fancies – Joyful and whimsical songs for summer’ with pianist John Gough.
The concert is part of the Summer Lunchtime Concerts series at St Mary’s Church, Nantwich.

Queens Park in Crewe celebrated the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee at Queens Park in Crewe yesterday (June 3).
The celebration was free entry to all and took place from 11am to 6pm.
Nantwich bell-ringers will be in action today (June 3) as they perform a special three-hour Platinum Jubilee Peal at St Mary’s Church.
Starting at 10am, they will perform a peal of “Cambridge Surprise Major” in recognition of the Queen’s 70 years.
Singers across Cheshire combined their voices at a Nantwich concert to raise a sum “far beyond expectations” for the people of Ukraine.
Nantwich Choral Society raised £6,000 for the DEC Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal with a “Come and Sing” event at St Mary’s Church Nantwich.
Celebrations will be taking place across South Cheshire this coming Bank Holiday weekend to mark the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.
While residents across the area will be staging many private street parties, towns and villages are putting on organised events for the public to enjoy between June 2-5.
A “Community Stage” launched in Nantwich is proving a big hit for aspiring musicians, poets, artists, singers, comedians and performers.
